Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on PhotoCen (including AI Stock) infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice. We will process valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content.
Required Information
Your notice must include:
- * Your full name and physical or electronic signature
- * Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- * Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it (e.g. URL or asset ID)
- * Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We may forward the notice to the affected user and/or publish a redacted version. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may result in liability.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the required legal statements to the same email. We may restore content after a period if no court action is filed.
AI Stock Reports
For AI-generated stock assets, you can also use the Report button on the asset or photographer page and select Copyright / DMCA. Include a link to your original work if applicable.
