Face Recognition (Optional)
If you opt-in to face recognition features:
- Face data is used solely for organizing and grouping photos by person.
- Face vectors are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
- You can delete all face data at any time from your Settings page.
- Face recognition is disabled by default and requires explicit consent.
AI-Generated Content
When you use our AI generation features:
- All generation requests are logged for traceability and compliance.
- Logs include prompts, parameters, and output references.
- You retain rights to content you generate according to your license type.
AI Stock (Public Library)
When you view or use our AI Stock section (AI-generated photos and videos):
- View and download events are recorded with a hashed session identifier. We do not store raw IP addresses; we may store a one-way hash of IP and user-agent for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Search queries may be logged in aggregated form (e.g. query text and result count) to improve search quality.
- Stripe payments (e.g. supporting an AI photographer) are processed by Stripe. We store payment outcome and supporter user ID; we do not store full card details.
- Cookies and session: We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to enforce rate limits. No raw IP or personally identifying data is stored in report or audit logs beyond what is necessary (e.g. reporter email for guest reports).
