By using PhotoCen, you agree to use generated, edited, uploaded, searched, and delivered images lawfully and to follow our Content Policy. Mandatory safety filtering is always applied and cannot be disabled.

You may not request, create, upload, save, share, search for, or promote sexual content, nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive content, sexualized minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, exploitation, abuse, harassment, hate, illegal activity, or other restricted content. Attempts to bypass filters, disguise restricted requests, or repeatedly submit prohibited prompts may result in blocked requests, removed content, suspended access, or account termination.

AI-generated content may be reviewed by automated safety systems before it is shown, saved, made searchable, or delivered. Unsafe prompts are blocked without charge. Unsafe generated outputs may be blocked, removed, replaced with a policy notice, or excluded from public search and delivery. Users can report or flag offensive AI-generated content from within the app or website, and we may use those reports to investigate and remove content.

By default, images you generate or edit may be public and shareable and may appear in the searchable catalog unless you choose a private/not-searchable option where available. Private images are kept only briefly and are automatically deleted within about two days (24 hours after creation, removed on the next daily cleanup). Each AI generation, editing, search, upload, or delivery step consumes credits as shown on the pricing page or API response.
