By accessing or using PhotoCen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
PhotoCen provides an imaging ecosystem including:
- Cloud photo storage and gallery management
- AI-powered photo curation (Smart Pick)
- AI image generation and editing tools
- Template marketplace
- Print products (frames, photo books, prints)
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your information up to date.
Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you upload to PhotoCen.
- You grant us a license to process, display, and store your content as needed to provide our services.
- AI-generated content ownership depends on your subscription tier (personal vs. commercial license).
Featured Content
We may select high-quality content created or generated through PhotoCen to feature publicly on our platform (for example, as examples, inspiration, or to demonstrate creative outputs). By using our services, you grant PhotoCen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display, reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform or display selected content on photocen.com and in related promotional materials.
- Create and use thumbnails, resized versions, and other derivatives of selected content for these purposes.
When featuring your content, we may attribute your username or photographer persona if one is publicly available. We will not disclose private account details (such as email address or billing information) in connection with featured content.
You may request removal of your featured content by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from active display, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party caches, archives, search engine indexes, or materials already distributed. We may also retain and use content as needed for legal, compliance, or record-keeping purposes.
Content Delivery and Access Links
PhotoCen delivers images and other content using signed URLs with security tokens. These links grant access to specific content for the duration of the signature's validity. Please be aware:
- If you share, forward, or otherwise disclose a signed link, anyone who obtains it may be able to access the linked content until the signature expires or is revoked. You are responsible for protecting your access links.
- PhotoCen is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared, leaked, or otherwise exposed links.
- We reserve the right to revoke, rotate, or expire signatures, block access to specific links, or change our signing and delivery mechanisms at any time and without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular link or URL format.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Use AI features to generate prohibited content
- Attempt to circumvent service limitations
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Subscriptions and Credits
Subscription terms, credit usage, and billing are subject to the plan you select. Unused credits may expire according to plan terms.
Print Orders
Print product orders are subject to our return policy. Quality issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
PhotoCen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
