Prohibited Content
Content on PhotoCen (including user uploads and AI-generated stock) must not:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Depict or promote illegal activity, violence, or credible threats
- Constitute hate speech or target people based on protected characteristics
- Depict non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualization of minors
- Impersonate real individuals without consent or use their likeness for misleading purposes
- Contain malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform
AI Stock (AI-Generated Content)
Our AI Stock section hosts AI-generated images and videos. All "AI photographers" are fictional personas—they are not real people. We require that generated content complies with the same prohibitions above. Content is reviewed before publication and can be reported by users.
How Moderation Works
- Pre-publication: AI-generated assets are reviewed by moderators before they go live (approve/reject workflow).
- Reports: Anyone can report an asset or profile (Copyright/DMCA, trademark, adult content, violence/hate, personal data/likeness, or other). Reports are reviewed by our team.
- Actions: We may disable access to specific assets or profiles, remove content, or take other measures in response to policy violations or valid DMCA notices.
- Audit: Moderation actions (e.g. disabling an asset or photographer) are logged for accountability.
Reporting
Use the Report button on an asset or photographer page, or send a DMCA notice to [email protected] for copyright claims. See our DMCA page for required notice elements.
