Content Policy

PhotoCen allows AI image generation only when the prompt and output comply with applicable law, platform rules, and our safety standards. Safety checks apply to guest, mobile, website, and API usage.

Restricted sexual content is not allowed. Do not request, generate, upload, save, share, or attempt to display sexual acts, sexual nudity, pornography, explicit or implicit sexual services, sexually suggestive poses involving nudity or minimal clothing, fetish content, sexualized minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual imagery, revenge porn, voyeuristic imagery, or any content intended for sexual gratification.

Prompt-level blocking: prompts and related request text may be blocked before generation when they include sexual, nude, pornographic, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or bypass language. Blocked prompt requests are not generated and are not charged.

Output moderation: generated images may be checked before they are shown, saved, made searchable, or delivered. Unsafe generated results can be blocked, removed from search or delivery, marked for review, or replaced with a policy notice.

Reporting: users can report or flag offensive AI-generated content from within PhotoCen. Reports may cause content to be hidden, flagged for moderation, or removed. Abuse of reporting tools may itself lead to enforcement.

Reviewer verification: use a normal test account, submit a clearly prohibited sexual or nude prompt, confirm the app shows the policy notice instead of generating an image, then report/flag an existing generated image and confirm the report succeeds without leaving the app.
